Any material downloaded, processed, or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activity.

7. Indemnification

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
